Three one-day seminars on the topic “Methods for enhancement of new employment opportunities” were held in Skopje in July 2017, within the scope of the project “Promoting Active Inclusion of Disadvantaged Persons Excluded from the Labour Market”. Among the 90 participants there were representatives of public institutions, civil society organizations, employers, as well as other professionals interested in the topic. The main aim of the seminars was detailed introduction of the social mentoring model and other measures for enhancement of the overall employment rate in the country.

Each of the seminars entailed three distinctive panels:

• introduction of the social mentoring model;
• sharing of experiences from the implementation of the model in practice, benefits and challenges;
• positive practices, conclusions and evaluation of the seminar.
